Paul Clancy currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at four life science companies, including Incyte Pharmaceuticals, Exact Sciences, Xilio Therapeutics, and Sionna Therapeutics. He also serves on the Finance Committee for Catholic Charities of Boston. Paul has worked in the biotech industry for the last twenty-four years and spent fourteen years in the consumer products industry. He served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Biogen from 2007 through 2017 and also served as the CFO at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from 2017-2019. Paul is currently on the faculty at Cornell University’s Graduate School of Management where he teaches a corporate finance course for MBA students. He is also an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School. Paul holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS Finance from Babson College.
